This intense camp mimics the volleyball preseason regiment. The purpose of this camp is to prepare returning Viper volleyball players, incoming freshman and new students planning to try-out for a VHS team on August 1st. The camp will be run by outside coaches from Austin Skyline and the focus will be on preparation for try outs, Vandegrift offensive and defensive systems, and competing at a higher level. Athletes will need shorts, court shoes, t-shirts, and kneepads. Bring a water bottle and snacks, the school has a water fountain.
