This camp is for incoming 7th-9th grade volleyball players. This camp will focus on assisting athletes to prepare for Rouse High School Volleyball Tryouts. The camp will use the Rouse method of instruction so all players are prepared for the start of the season. The camp will focus on on athletes maintaining a solid foundation of skills and learn more advanced parts of the game. Coaches will cover each area of the game, positions specific training as well as competitive drills. Players will be grouped according to skill level. Please have proper volleyball attire when attending camp.
