Special Notes:

This is a Coed Wrestling Camp. Equipment/Attire - Wrestling Shoes: Wrestling shoes are not required, but are highly recommended. Students that do not bring wrestling shoes will be asked to practice and compete in bare feet. Mouthguard (Required if the student has orthodontic braces, optional otherwise): Provides protection for teeth and jaw, as well as a measure of protection from concussions. Appropriate Practice Attire: Shorts of an appropriate length and fit, t-shirts, and form-fitting undergarments appropriate for intense athletic competition.
