Special Notes:

This camp is designed for athletes to learn and drill the intermediate level of wrestling. Campers should have 1 season of wrestling experience, or have attended our Fundamentals Camp. We will learn technique, play wrestling games, and do a little live wrestling. Please bring a water bottle and wrestling shoes if you have them. If you do not have wrestling shoes, you may borrow a pair or wrestle in your socks. Campers who are incoming 5th graders or older are encouraged to register for our elite camp as well.
